• “Services” means the website, product information, downloads, support and dealer network.
• “User” means any visitor, customer, dealer, or partner accessing the Services.
• “Content” means text, images, videos, datasheets, firmware and software made available on the Services.

03 Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Prizor firmware or application.
• Resell, rebrand, or misrepresent Prizor products without written authorisation.
• Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt our infrastructure.
• Scrape or systematically extract content for commercial use without permission.

04 Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product designs, firmware, software, photography, copy, and the “Prizor” word-mark are the exclusive property of Prizor Viztech Limited and are protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. No licence is granted by implication. Datasheets and brochures may be downloaded for personal evaluation; redistribution requires prior written consent.

05 Product Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep model names, specifications, and images accurate. However, products are continuously improved and specifications may change without notice. Colours, screen images, and accessories shown are illustrative. Availability depends on dealer stock and region. Final specifications and pricing are confirmed by your authorised Prizor dealer at the time of order.

06 Third-Party Links

The Services may link to third-party websites (e.g., dealer portals, GeM, prizor.in, social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except for the express product warranties set out in our Warranty Policy.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prizor Viztech Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or products. Our total aggregate liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Prizor for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prizor Viztech Limited, its directors, employees, and authorised dealers from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

11 Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
