This Privacy Policy describes how Prizor Viztech Limited (“Prizor”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit prizor.in, prizor.in, or interact with our products, services, dealers, and support channels.
This policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
02 Information We Collect
- Identity & contact data: name, company, email, phone, postal address provided via enquiry, dealer, quote, or career forms.
- Transaction data: purchase history, dealer code, GST number, warranty registration data.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, time-zone, operating system, referral URL, pages viewed.
- Usage data: interactions with our website, downloads, search queries, click paths.
- Communications: records of email, WhatsApp, phone, and chat conversations with our sales and support teams.
03 Purposes of Processing
- Responding to enquiries, dealer applications, quotes, demos, RMA, and warranty claims.
- Processing orders and shipments through authorised dealers and logistics partners.
- Providing technical support, firmware updates, and after-sales service.
- Improving the website, product catalogue, and user experience through analytics.
- Marketing communications about new products, certifications, events, and offers — only with your consent.
- Compliance with legal obligations, audits, BIS / STQC documentation, and government tenders (GeM).
04 Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories:

We share limited data with trusted partners strictly to deliver our services:
- Hosting & CDN: Lovable Cloud / Supabase, Cloudflare.
- Communications: WhatsApp Business, transactional email providers, telephony partners.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (consent-based).
- Logistics & dealers: authorised Prizor channel partners and shipping providers across India.
- Government / regulators: when required by law, court order, or BIS / STQC / GeM compliance.
We do not sell personal data.
06 Your Rights (DPDP Act)
- Right to access a summary of your personal data we hold.
- Right to correction or erasure of inaccurate or no-longer-required data.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of incapacity or death.
- Right to grievance redressal through our Grievance Officer.
07 Data Security & Retention
We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards including TLS encryption, role-based access, secure cloud storage, and periodic security reviews. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by Indian law (typically 7 years for tax/financial records).
08 Children’s Privacy
Our products and website are intended for B2B and adult buyers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
